Breathe, A Summer Playlist

Breathe, a summer playlist that’s a prayer. A reconnection. Baby, pure gold. Sounds that will blow your head and simply sink you into soul. We all have one.

Sometimes the blog is my personal insight. Therefore, my life, my routines, my practice. How I manage to get through all the mess. It has been nearly sixteen months without being surrounded by humans. Working alone and, additionally, at a distance.

I am writing unconsciously. Journalling my day. While my mind is flowing with the music. One beat after another. The moment is twilight. A magical one.

Sometimes we just forget life is beautiful. Breathe, move, shake your body… Hands on heart and navel. I am possessed by a cathartic workout: The Class. Not only due to their unique approach but also the practice. It’s a prayer, a burpee, a down dog, a jumping jack… Whoa, they got me. Wanna get back to self? Try them out.
